Julian Kostov is one of the most successful Bulgarian actors internationally. With over 35 roles in foreign series and films for MGM, Paramount, Universal, 20th Century Fox, Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, SKY, ITV, C4. Julian also opened the first agency of its kind in Bulgaria - “JupiterLights Talent Management”, with the aim of helping more Bulgarian talents.
Beyond his acting career, Julian is a vocal advocate for equal representation of Eastern Europeans and the normalization of foreign accents on screen, aiming to dismantle negative stereotypes. His dedication led him to establish an Acting Management Agency, fostering connections between Balkan artists and directors and the UK and US film and TV markets. Notably, through this agency, Julian discovered and guided breakout star Maria Bakalova, who received an Academy Award nomination for her role in the Borat sequel.
